Job Summary As an MA Service Staff Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our catering operations and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include serving food and beverages, managing the coat check, and providing barback support to our bartenders. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with food and beverage service, including setting up, maintaining, and breaking down service stations
• Manage the coat check, ensuring the safe storage and retrieval of guests\' belongings
• Provide barback support, including stocking and maintaining the bar area
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols Qualifications
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a catering or event setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Working Conditions This is a temporary position that will involve working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
