Job Description
black & blue Steak and Crab is now looking for friendly, energetic and motivated individuals to join our team of Foodrunners. This position provides quick and efficient, accurate food delivery to restaurant guests in a professional, friendly manner. Foodrunners may also assist the chef on outside expo, garnishing and traying all the food items while remaining organized and calm. It should be the goal for each Foodrunner to provide exceptional support to the Front and Back-of-House. Each Foodrunner must prioritize the duties and responsibilities listed below:
- Deliver accurate, hot (if applicable) food, according to b&b's service standards, to restaurant guests in a timely manner
- Assist outside expo in garnishing and traying
- Act as a line of defense to ensure consistent food preparation and plating before it leaves the kitchen
