Bosso Ramen Tavern , a winner of Best of Boston, is a modern Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Harvard Square , just a two-minute walk from Harvard Square Station. We are known for serving authentic Japanese cuisine in a lively, welcoming setting. Especially, we have long been beloved by the students, staff, and faculty of Harvard University. We offer an energetic, fast-paced work environment powered by passionate, supportive team members who take pride in great food and genuine hospitality. While we offer competitive compensation, we ask that those motivated solely by money do not apply. Position Overview As a Server , you play a key role in shaping our guests' experience. You'll guide guests through the menu, deliver attentive service, and thrive in a high-energy restaurant environment. Responsibilities Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive service at all times Recommend food and beverages to enhance the guest experience Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with kitchen and FOH teams Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality Interest in Japanese food and culture is a plus Weekend availability (especially Sundays) Applicants must be at least 21 years old, as this role involves handling alcoholic beverages. Job Types Full-time, Part-time Pay On average, our servers have been earning $35.00 - $50.00 per hour including tips. Hourly base wage $6.75.
