Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales and guest satisfaction Assist in food preparation, plating, and kitchen cleanup to support culinary operations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front-of-house and kitchen areas, including bussing tables and food handling Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest comfort Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory checks, and sanitation compliance Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous for supporting food prep tasks Must be dependable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality while developing your skills in the food industry.
