Just Another Phoenix is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused server to join our team. Our servers are the face of our restaurant and play a key role in delivering an excellent dining experience. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service. Experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person! Duties Greet customers promptly and with a positive attitude Take accurate food and drink orders using our paper ticket system Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the guest's visit Handle food safely and follow health and sanitation guidelines Communicate clearly with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate orders Prepare the dining area before service (stocking stations, checking tables, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift Complete side work before and after shifts (restocking, cleaning, rolling silverware, etc.) Handle payments and close out checks accurately Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service Help resolve any guest concerns with professionalism and care
