Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving beverages, changing grill plates for BBQ and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for the food and beverage industry, particularly in a nightclub or high-energy environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Experience Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety practices is essential. Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Experience in a nightclub or fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
