Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide menu recommendations to enhance their dining experience Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming environment Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not mandatory Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters guest satisfaction and team collaboration Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where energy meets excellence!
