Duties Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently followed Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing personalized service Clear tables, bussing dishes promptly to maintain cleanliness and flow in the dining area Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math for billing purposes Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and restaurant promotions to inform guests effectively Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Fine dining experience or working in a nightclub setting is a plus Demonstrated ability in guest services, serving, or host/hostess roles enhances your candidacy Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is beneficial Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks are essential Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality!
