In the restaurant, you will serve our customers by ensuring they are seated quickly, their orders are received, prepared, and delivered in a timely manner, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next customers. Compensation:

$6.75+ tips hourly

Responsibilities:

Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant

Qualifications:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience We prefer some experience working in the food service industry Outstanding time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members About Company At Redstone Restaurant Group, we are committed to providing the best dishes made from scratch.
