Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately with cash handling skills, including cashiering and basic math proficiency Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred.
