Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process payments swiftly and accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions with POS systems like OpenTable integration Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, serving areas, and dining spaces Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment Serving or host/hostess experience is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm for food industry roles is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
