Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes and resetting for incoming guests, maintaining cleanliness throughout service Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to relay orders and special requests Support food safety protocols by handling dishes carefully and adhering to sanitation standards during food handling and serving Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with basic food preparation or setup when needed, supporting the culinary team during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality enhances your candidacy Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for guest interactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not mandatory Demonstrated commitment to food safety standards and guest service excellence Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills across food service and guest relations, and ready to contribute to an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
