Server Support Staff

Duties Support servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to support kitchen operations, including plating and garnishing dishes Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting spaces promptly for new guests Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Help with banquet setup and service, ensuring all guest needs are met during events Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest requests promptly Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices essential for maintaining high standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to engage guests warmly Ability to stand, walk, and lift comfortably during busy shifts; physical stamina is important Experience in banquet service, bussing, or kitchen support enhances your fit for this role Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Join us in creating vibrant dining experiences where every guest leaves smiling!
