Here at Xicohtencatl Mexican Restaurant we are dedicated in delivering authentic Mexican flavors rooted in tradition and fresh ingredients. Equally important is the team behind each dish, built on strong work ethic, respect, and collaboration. Every member of the staff plays a vital role, working together to create a welcoming atmoshpere and ensure every guest experience genuine hospitality and quality. We are currently working on finding reliable people to join our team of servers. They are responsible for providing customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests in a timely manner and make then feel welcome Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and drinks Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver orders to tables in a timely and organized manner Check in the guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues professionally Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines |

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Basic math skills for handling payments Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities Teamwork and reliability Able to carry 5 pounds or more Previous serving or customer service experience preferred ( but not always required ) |
