Job Description
About us RiverCourt Residences is an independently owned Assisted Living community that serve Independent and Assisted Living residents. We are seeking an experienced dining room server who can oversee the dining staff (servers) that work Weekday's 4:30pm
- 7:00pm and weekends 7:30am-2pm and 4:30pm-7pm .
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in the dining room
- Take food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Clear tables and buss dishes to the kitchen
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Provide excellent guest service and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
