Full Job Description Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is
REQUIRED
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations is beneficial
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our guests.
