Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living We are hiring experienced servers for our pub and other dining venues. Servers are responsible for serving our residents and their guests meals in a friendly, hospitality-oriented manner. Compensation:

$16•20 hourly commensurate with experience How you will make an impact Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently What you will need Be at least 18 years old No experience required! Have good communication skills. Have a friendly and energetic attitude. Have weekday and weekend availability Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
