Food Runner/Busser

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
• Assist in bussing and setting up tables as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
• Wash Dishes as needed
• Assist in basic food preparation tasks when required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to help team members as needed
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
