Job Description :

We are seeking a professional and passionate Server committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a refined understanding of high-level service, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to work seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide impeccable table service with a focus on creating a memorable guest experience. Present menus, explain specials, and make knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage pairings. Accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. Consistently monitor tables, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests. Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout shifts. Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a server in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail pairings. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining poise. Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
