Job Description :

The Server / Bartender Assistant supports the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an outstanding guest experience. This role is integral in maintaining the flow of operations, assisting servers and bartenders with their daily tasks, and ensuring the environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

Assist servers and bartenders with setting up and breaking down service areas. Support in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Ensure that tables, bar areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and stocked. Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed. Handle basic guest inquiries with professionalism and direct complex requests to appropriate staff. Restock supplies, including glassware, napkins, and utensils. Maintain cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar and dining supplies. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to enhance service efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
