We are currently seeking part-time, seasonal Servers for Sloane's Tavern. Our servers are the driving force behind the seasonal success of Sloane's Tavern. These individuals provide our guests with exemplary service through visual cues, authentic connections, and menu knowledge. Servers should be proactive, organized, outgoing, knowledgeable, and friendly to be successful in our fast-paced golfers Tavern.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ø Ensure that all server stations are properly stocked before, during, and after service Ø Ensure that the assigned station is clean, organized, and set properly Ø Professionally communicate with fellow colleagues and integrated departments Ø Follow the Sloane's Tavern Sequence of Service to ensure guests needs are met in a timely manner Ø Provide detailed dietary knowledge of menu items including allergen information Ø Communicate with MOD to ensure guests are receiving safe and timely service Ø Provide genuine connections with our guests Ø Be able to speak to Wyndhurst club benefits and its parent resort, Miraval Ø Complete all assigned side work Ø Assume the duties of support staff during low occupancy shifts Ø Maintain a high level of professionalism and decorum Ø Follow and abide by the instructions of the Sloane's Tavern leadership team Ø Follow property cash handling policies and procedures Miraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded. Qualifications:

• Mid-day & Evenings - weekends a must
• Minimum of 6 months of server experience
• Ability to work extended hours on your feet
• Ability to carry up to 25lbs at one time
• Interpersonal skills for genuine, fluid communication with guests and staff
• Availability must include weekends
