Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Busboy, where your energy and attention to detail will elevate the dining experience for every guest. In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our restaurant's service flow, ensuring tables are cleared swiftly, cleanliness is maintained to the highest standards, and guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help create a lively, hospitable environment that keeps our operations running smoothly and guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a steady flow of seating during busy hours Assist servers by bussing dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly to keep service seamless Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down tables, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Support food handling procedures by adhering to safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations Help with setting up and breaking down dining spaces for special events or catering functions Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely table turnovers and guest needs Ensure all restaurant areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bussing or serving roles, is advantageous Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food handling or kitchen support roles enhances your suitability for this position Prior hotel or catering experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment!
