Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Server to join our team! As a server, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting both dine-in and takeout operations. This position requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service. Take dine-in and takeout orders accurately in person and over the phone. Pack and verify takeout orders to ensure accuracy and quality. Serve food and beverages promptly. Prepare simple appetizers and assist with basic food preparation. Answer customer questions and provide menu recommendations. Process cash and credit card transactions using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, front counter, and workstations. Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team. Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
