Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on menu items, including fine dining options and food industry trends Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures and food handling protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Strong culinary background with knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and food handling practices Proven ability in food service environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Effective sales techniques including upselling menu items to enhance guest experiences Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and kitchen support preferred Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment!
