Banquet Server

Job Description:

Report to work on-time in full uniform. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and stay on your feet for at least 8 hours without sitting. Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull 25+ lbs. Set-up banquet space as directed by Managers. Must not be intimidated with crowds over 200. Responsible for providing our guests with a positive serving experience. Attend pre-meal meetings led by Managers to learn more about the detail of the event and expectations. Serve food and/or beverage during the event. Clear dishes in a timely manner. Once banquet is complete, clean and reset room based on Managers instructions. Availability on nights, weekends and holidays will be Required.
