Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Brunch Back Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our bustling brunch service, ensuring our guests enjoy seamless dining by maintaining cleanliness, bussing tables, and supporting food service operations. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will help create a lively and welcoming environment for all patrons. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area during busy brunch hours Buss tables efficiently by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while ensuring guest satisfaction Assist in food handling and delivery to ensure timely service of dishes to guests Support the front-of-house team with general cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate service flow Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed throughout the shift Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding to their needs promptly Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments preferred Strong cleaning and bussing skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting is a plus Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment Join us at Gustazo Restaurant and Cafe where your energy fuels our lively brunch scene!
