We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and strive to create memorable guest experiences. Ideally seeking someone who has experience in hospitality and event service. However, we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about food, drinks, and hospitality, ready to contribute to a lively dining environment that celebrates culinary excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Guide guests throughout their dining experience Provide a warm and inviting atmosphere Ensuring that you have full menu knowledge that can be shared with your guests and used to accurately ring in orders Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Check in with guests regularly during their meal to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments swiftly, and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly Remaining reliable for your scheduled shifts and being on time Assist with regular server responsibilities such as running sidework and restaurant cleanliness Skills Proficiency in Toast POS system Culinary and bar knowledge Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service times. Proven ability in sales techniques including upselling to maximize revenue opportunities. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environment Basic math skills Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or food industry positions that emphasize guest engagement and service quality.
