The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Ensure that all food safety protocols are followed, including proper sanitation practices. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Promote menu items and upsell additional products to enhance guest experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area and kitchen. Excellent communication skills for effective guest relations. Sales skills to promote menu items effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
