About Us At Weathervane Golf Club, we are committed to providing area residents and visitors with chef-inspired cuisine, creative and sophisticated beverage options, and top-level service, creating a truly memorable guest experience. About the Role We are looking for dynamic, experienced individuals who are able to create a pleasant and memorable guest experience by delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. We are currently seeking candidates for permanent, part-time and full-time positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITY

• Assists with event setup.
• Ensures place settings are clean, tidy, complete and consistent.
• Greets and interacts with guests in a pleasant and professional manner
• Closely follows event timeline.
• Communicates allergies and special requests to kitchen staff.
• Delivers food and beverages.
• Monitors alcohol consumption, exercising best practices in accordance with state and local laws.
• Assist guests, answering questions and providing guidance, as needed.
• Promptly clears and removes dishes after each course is completed.
• Reports guest issues to management.
• Performs side work, as assigned.
• Assists with breakdown procedures.
• Performs other duties and tasks, as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Flexibility, working varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction, with a positive and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Current TIPS certification.
• Basic Food and Beverage (F&B) knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under stress while remaining calm and demonstrating patience.
• Advanced listening skills, demonstrating attentiveness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
