Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables promptly. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen. Serve meals and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately. Clear tables, reset for new guests, and handle payments accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, trays, and station stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours. Skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests. Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or boxes, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
