Duties Deliver hot and cold food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and courteously Ensure food presentation meets quality standards before serving Assist with setting up tables and clearing dishes to maintain a clean dining environment Handle food handling responsibilities safely, adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards Communicate effectively with kitchen staff Utilize POS software as needed Buss tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Assist in basic food preparation tasks under supervision when required Maintain excellent guest services by providing friendly, attentive support throughout their dining experience Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Familiarity with POS systems preferred Previous banquet experience or working in hotel or culinary settings is a plus Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and serve guests effectively Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food preparation, cooking basics, and kitchen operations is preferred Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
