In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your culinary knowledge and food industry experience will help create memorable moments for our guests, whether in a lively nightclub setting or a fine dining environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health regulations and sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address guest requests promptly Foster positive guest relations by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any concerns professionally Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales performance Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential Embark on an exciting journey in hospitality where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit unforgettable!
