Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. Opportunities include
TEA SERVER
for our afternoon tea Tuesday-Sunday 11am-5pm, FINE
DINING SERVER
for our expanding dinner service Tuesday-Sunday 5:30pm-9:30pm and
PUB SERVER
for our historic 1747 Pub and outdoor courtyard with live music daily 11am-close. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food service industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu knowledge, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards throughout service. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with Micros POS and OpenTable systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during peak hours. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Experience in the food industry, including roles such as host/host or kitchen staff, is beneficial.
