Job Overview We are seeking energetic and personable Banquet Servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences at various events and venues. As a Banquet Server, you will be the face of hospitality, ensuring guests receive attentive service while maintaining a lively and professional atmosphere. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work at high-profile events, making every shift an opportunity to shine. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements in banquet settings Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to event specifications Clear tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness throughout service Assist with food handling, setup, and breakdown of banquet areas Provide excellent guest relations by addressing needs courteously and professionally Support catering staff with food preparation and bussing duties as needed Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Qualifications Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights comfortably Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not mandatory Hotel or restaurant experience, including serving or bussing roles, is advantageous Join our team as a Banquet Server to bring lively energy and exceptional service to every event!
