Full Job Description Guest Relations:
Welcome guests with warmth, answer incoming calls, and manage dining room inquiries.
Seating & Reservations:
Coordinate with reservation systems, manage waitlists, and seat guests fairly across server sections.
Service Support:
Assist the waitstaff during rushes by delivering drinks, running food, bussing tables, or attending to specific guest needs.
Menu Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and dietary restrictions to field initial customer questions.
Front-of-House Maintenance:
Ensure the host stand, menus, and entryway are clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
Conflict Resolution:
Address guest complaints professionally and politely, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Pay:
$15.50 - $17.00 per hour
