As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a deep understanding of our menu offerings. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Uphold restaurant policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Sales skills to promote menu items effectively and enhance guest experiences. Excellent guest relations skills to build rapport with customers. Proficient in using POS systems, preferably Toast POS or similar platforms. Background in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
