Server/Waiter

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling. This role involves serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Experience in a nightclub or fine dining setting is preferred. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest relations. Take accurate food and drink orders using OpenTable or similar systems. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring all items are presented beautifully. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately using the cash register, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations during food handling and service. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a nightclub or fine dining environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with sales techniques to enhance the dining experience for guests.
