Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greeting guests, presenting menus, and answering questions about ingredients or preparation methods.

Order Management:

Accurately taking food/drink orders and transmitting them to the kitchen/bar via POS system.

Service Delivery:

Serving food and beverages, checking on tables, and refilling drinks.

Table Maintenance:

Clearing dirty dishes, sanitizing tables, and resetting for new guests.

Cash Handling:

Presenting checks, processing payments, and operating the cash register.

Safety/Compliance:

Adhering to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Key Skills & Requirements Communication:

Strong verbal skills for taking orders and interacting with guests.

Multitasking:

Ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously under high-volume pressure.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand/walk for long shifts.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff.

Experience:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is often preferred.

Flexibility:

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
