Bar Server

Duties Take and accurately process drink and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions Serve beverages, cocktails, and food items with professionalism and enthusiasm while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times Support catering, banquet events, or nightclubs by providing attentive service tailored to each setting's unique needs Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels to ensure smooth operations Engage with guests to promote sales through friendly upselling techniques while delivering outstanding customer service Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and sales transactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours without compromising service quality Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations Experience in banquet service or catering settings is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various hospitality environments Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and resolve any issues promptly Join us as a Bar Server where your lively personality and dedication to hospitality will make every guest's experience unforgettable!
