Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and passion for hospitality will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while managing open tables with OpenTable or similar reservation systems Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed, demonstrating culinary knowledge and teamwork in a fine dining or nightclub setting Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with alcohol handling Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety Previous experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering is highly desirable Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations Join us as a Server and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality.
