Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures every visit exceeds expectations. Your culinary knowledge and customer service expertise will help foster a lively, upscale atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting or vibrant nightclub environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering tasks with precision and accountability Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize seating flow Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment Uphold food handling regulations and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety at all times Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong culinary experience and knowledge of food safety protocols Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven ability in sales techniques including upselling and suggestive selling Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Knowledge of OpenTable reservation system or comparable booking platforms Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel valued.
