We are looking for an energetic and welcoming Server & Drink Preparer to be the face of our restaurant. In this dynamic role, you will do a little bit of everything in the front with others: greeting guests, expertly hand-crafting boba teas, smoothies, and Vietnamese coffees, and ensuring our dining area is spotless. While our kitchen staff handles the cooking in the back, you will be the vital link that brings their culinary creations to our guests' tables. Whether you are a seasoned barista and server, or eager to learn, we provide paid on-the-job training to set you up for success. Duties Beverage Crafting:

Hand-craft and prepare a variety of boba teas, smoothies, and authentic Vietnamese coffees using our specialized machines and recipes.

Customer Experience & Hosting:

Act as the first point of contact—greeting guests warmly as they enter, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Kiosk & Order Assistance:

Guide and assist customers with using our self-serve ordering kiosks, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly ordering process.

Food Service:

Safely and promptly run freshly prepared dishes from the back kitchen to the customers' tables (No cooking or food prep required!).

Guest Relations:

Check in on dining customers to ensure they have everything they need, process payments, and provide top-tier hospitality.

Front-of-House Maintenance:

Keep the front area pristine. This includes bussing and wiping down tables, sweeping floors, and maintaining sanitation at the drink preparation stations.

Paid Training:

Actively participate in paid on-the-job training (both self-guided and assisted by our team) to master our menu, drink machines, and service standards.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in food service, coffee shops, or boba cafes is a huge plus, but not strictly required. We are happy to train the right person!

Customer-First Attitude:

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.

Multitasking Skills:

Ability to seamlessly switch between making drinks, helping customers at the kiosk, and running food in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player:
