Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fine dining environment. This can be a fast-paced environment, If you are not good under pressure no need to apply. You will be required to food run while you learn our extensive menu. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, (spot-on) Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Process payments efficiently while handling basic math calculations for checks. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere while maintaining attention to detail.
