Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and friendly Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, providing outstanding guest service while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in food and beverage service, and eager to create memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery. Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist with food handling, preparation support, and basic kitchen tasks when needed. Build positive guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Experience with upselling techniques and guest relations to enhance the dining experience.
