Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast pos system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality and guest satisfaction Assist with food handling, preparation, and sanitation to uphold safety standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to maintain a pristine environment Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and dietary options for guest inquiries Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations Previous experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or food industry roles is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable moments!
