Dumpling District Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server/Host/Expo to join our team at Dumpling District ! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, guiding customers through their dining experience, and ensuring excellent service from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Greet and warmly welcome guests as they arrive. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Introduce the menu, highlight popular dishes, and make recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring a great dining experience. Handle takeout and to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining and hosting areas. Process payments and handle transactions. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns professionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
