Job Description
Server Join our team as a Server and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable individuals who are passionate about hospitality and providing outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering attentive service, accurately taking orders, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming dining experience. Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations. Accurately take and enter orders using Toast POS. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or concerns promptly. Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately through Toast POS. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service. Qualifications Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred but not required. Experience using Toast POS is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
