Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and satisfied. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, preferably Aloha POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive timely service throughout their dining experience.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience. Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with guest services principles and practices is advantageous.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations can be beneficial in understanding menu items and preparation methods.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service is essential for success in this role.
