Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. We're looking for someone available between 6pm to 12pm Monday Wednesday and Thursday, 6 PM and 3 AM Friday to Sunday. The role is in a dynamic setting that includes a restaurant, lounge, café, and nightclub. We need someone who excels in customer service and is highly sales-driven. Sales experience is required, as you'll be expected to actively generate sales throughout the night. It's essential to have a team member who can meet the required sales goals for the shift. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are handled efficiently and accurately. Invictus Hookah, LLC - Hookah Attendant (Sales & Service Team)Opening Shift Responsibilities Check inventory and report available stock in the Inventory Chat . Charge all electronic POS devices and Wi-Fi before setting up hookahs . Set up all hookahs with water, a hose, tips on the tray , and line them up. Pre-make at least three popular flavors , but only use pre-made bowls when backed up with orders— not during slow periods . Once the hookah station is fully set up, notify the manager on duty that you are ready to start selling. Review the floor plan and identify table locations—ask about any changes. Create or update a group chat with the cocktail staff, then notify them when hookah sales are open. Track all sales, immediately inputting cash transactions as if they were credit card sales . Only provide one comp per promoter group unless instructed otherwise. If unsure, ask for approval in the Invictus Hookah Square Team Chat before sending out the hookah. During downtime, clean and prepare hookah pipes for future use. Closing Shift Responsibilities Clean all hookahs and wash the bowls/plates with fresh water, then dry them. Neatly store all hookahs in their designated area. Sanitize and wipe down the hookah table and station. Take out the trash and return the bin to the designated area. Conduct a closing inventory check and report the list in the Inventory Chat . Take a photo of the cleaned hookah area and send it in the Hookah Chat . Notify the manager on duty that your shift is complete and check out before leaving. Invictus Hookah Pay Structure For Hookah Servers (Sales & Service Team)

Payment Rules:

If you sell less than 10 hookahs during your 6-hour shift , you are paid $12 per hour (guaranteed pay) . If you sell 10 or more hookahs , you switch to commission-based pay , which means: $7 per hookah sold $3 per head refill sold No hourly pay if commission earnings exceed hourly earnings .

Examples:

If you sell 7 hookahs and 5 refills , you get hourly pay: $72 (6 × $12) . If you sell 12 hookahs and 8 refills , you earn commission: (12 × $7) + (8 × $3) = $108 (higher than hourly pay, so commission applies).

Bonus:

Servers keep 70% of tips and makers gets 30% of tips from their sales on the days they work! For a 4-

In person Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Sqaure POS system or OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or needs promptly. Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all payments are handled securely. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces as needed. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy service periods. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with Square POS system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality and service excellence. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
