As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and providing recommendations from our menu. Your ability to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

• Duties
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and hospitable environment.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the POS system for order entry.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and beverage options.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a server is required.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary terminology is beneficial.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
